No one sacked him, he resigned himself. And I think it is fair, since this is a pretty bad accident. He should have taken over the cleaning task in the first hour of the accident, or at least sent a task force right away. Yes, he is NOT guilty for covering up, but he is guilty for not doing anything faster. This is the reason why China needs a Central gov.

Two days ago, Jiang Su also has a very bad chemical explosion accident. I can only hope these are not done by the East Turkistan terrorist group. Those bad guys have the US support now!
