You may remember that last year, many years after his divorce with Theresa taking the financial pressure off, JK had only a net worth of 4 million. That was before he borrowed 2.5 mill (I think) to finance his comeback in Iowa. So that leaves him with a net worth of 1.5 mill. That is the net worth of an average middle management type.
