shorts....please be gentle with the guy...

remember

this is the guy that says that restricted stock is not common stock.

and that the recent bankruptcy of two of Plasticon International Inc.'s predecessor companies, Wicklund Holdings and International Plastics, plus the bankruptcy of PLNI's CEO don't matter much to the stockholders of PLNI.

"Another lie they were already part of the O/S and thus put no downward pressure on the market"
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

It doesn't matter where the shares came from. You could take them out of Tureks personal back pocket stash, once they are sold into the market to relive the debt for cash they become part of the float and have now created downward selling pressure!

That is exactly what has taken place over the last 5 months amist all these grandous fluffer nutter prs having a direct impact on the PPS.

It does seem to have stopped for now?

good luck shorts

Outstanding Shares are stock currently held by investors, including restricted shares owned by the company's officers and insiders as well as those held by the public. Shares that have been repurchased by the company are not considered outstanding stock. They are also known as "issued shares" or "issued and outstanding". This number is shown on company's' balance sheets under the heading "Capital Stock" and is more important than the authorized shares or float. It is used in the calculation of widely used metrics including "market capitalization" and "Earnings-per-Share (EPS)". The PPS is a derivative of those metrics. The only time that the PPS is reduced is when Authorized Shares are moved into the issued/outstanding, therby diluting the PPS.

Don't blow smoke at me shorts I've been doing this a long time.
