The future is unknowable- which is why I opt to be able to justify the means I use.

I don't need to know which would cause more deaths. It doesn't matter at all to me (in terms of policy, EXCEPT to assess the various risks of actions taken, with appropriate means). It seemed to matter to you, though. You seem to have switched to my side of the argument- which is that the ends do not justify the means. Bye bye preemption...
