I hope you are right. Being called stupid by not investing in RE bubble at the top is detrimental to my mental health:) And financial too. Missed opportunity. I am seating on a pile of cash earning next to nothing.

Lets assume that this is the outcome and we get into a massive deflationary depression/debt liquidation with all the asset classes going down relative to cash. What is the next area we can make money on the downside ( other then outright shorting )? Long Treasuries on the way to 1%? Japanese style.

Maybe the Boomers go back to shaklee and chain letters. Big grin.

Booms are one thing but when the government promotes them the boom gets that much bigger.
