Texbanker........ What does "PPS" mean in this phrase by rrm? Is it Stock Price per Share? If so, are you and rrm saying that the only movement in Stock Price per Share of a publicly traded company occurs upon the change in the Issued and outstanding amount of common shares? and specifically the only way that the Stock Price per Share of a publicly traded company will be reduced is by moving authorized shares into the issued/outstanding share category? I am a little perplexed here... thanks "....The only time that the PPS is reduced is when Authorized Shares are moved into the issued/outstanding, therby diluting the PPS..."
