Currently, Wal-Mart's employees must pay 33 percent of their healthcare costs: $30.50 a month for an individual or between $132.50 and $230.50 a month for families.

Wow! That's a deal.

I pay about $800/month for my family's coverage.

You really sound ignorant. It costs at least $1,000 a month to reasonably cover a family of four. Walmart has the best health coverage in the retailing industry.
