The analyses read to me much like astrological reports. Since reading my sister's psychology books decades ago [engineering books were boring], I concluded that psychologists were not as scientific as they wanted to be.

<I'm afraid the whole notion is really just b.s. The idea that you can sum up someone's way of perceiving and thinking in a few numbers is laughable, as is the idea that they can say what is desirable. >

The comments might be generally true, which is not surprising since people do have personalities, but as you suggest, people respond according to situations, not like robots according to a few variables.

The net is full of all kinds of "tests". They are all real short and invariably conclude that you are a really great guy, since their objective is to generate traffic. They are as good as fortune cookies or a visit to your local palm reader :-)
