They do have a pre-nup. He gets nothing of hers. Which is why the rightwing has been guilty of lying trying to portray Kerry as super rich. He's personally not rich at all, though he does have a rich spouse. The Bushes on the other hand have always been super rich and spoiled. They are the most elite power-mongering family in the country and sold out to all the big oil companies and polluters in order to run the boys for office.

Steve, I'm pretty sure that legally, it's still Teresa's money and always will be. But realistically, John Kerry still gets to enjoy the high life, hang around with the super-exclusive bunch, and not have to pay a dime for it.

But personally, I think John and Teresa's marriage is more genuine than Bill and Hillary's marriage. Ever see the movie "Dave"?
