If you read the Stockhouse thread, RNC shareholders are pretty unanimous that this deal stinks. I feel the same. It is outrageous that RNC would be going for anything lower than $1 Cdn a share. Yamana market cap will no doubt benefit to the tune of several times what it is paying out on this deal if it goes through.

About as close to a take-under as you can get without actually going there ... I'm not an RNC shareholder, but these are not the kind of deals that bode well for the juniors overall.
