In the late 70's and early 80's, all the network T.V. news shows had a mention of the closing price of gold every day for years. That may have been some measure of top building, perhaps, but the daily coverage happened long before the top. When this happens again, I think it will mark the most dramatic period of growth in the POG, as opposed anything else. After all, we appear now to be in the early days of a Super Cycle, quite unlike the late 70's and early 80's.
