Mannie, <is thinking about leasing all of the old base area to the Chinese on a 99 year lease. That really surprised me, given the historic tensions with the Chinese> Cam Ron Bay, at the height of the Vietnam War became the largest deep water seaport in all the Pacific Rim - no wonder the Chinese want it. As for relations with the Chinese, Uncle Ho successfully fought them for years - these guys are smart and know they have to play in a global arena. Interesting how history turns and evolves. Altair19
