That is the entire argument. I can't help it if those with an
agenda want to ignore & obfuscate all of the relevant issues,
erect straw men, knock them down, then claim Saddam's removal
was not justified.

Well, you are back to the Gulf War Cease Fire Agreement & all
ensuing UN Resolutions then, aren't you? They all include the
humanitarian element, plus self defence (WMD Programs, ties
to terrorists, etc.) But you don't want to begin to discuss
the only elements that prove Saddam's removal was legal &
justified, do you?
