Hence they know that blind support from the Bible Belt's Jesus freaks, church donations, and lip service by US congressmen anxious to be re-elected might all prove unreliable when push comes to shove. At that point, their "craziness", as David Duke puts it, may lead them to resort to a more radical course of persuasion --blackmail. Nuclear blackmail, that is.
