I'm not telling anyone what to believe or not to believe, especially about 9/11. Each person should come to their own conclusion based on the facts as they are, and as we've been allowed to have them.

As far as I'm concerned, there are simply too many pointers to an inside job, organized and carried out by people in the highest echelons of the US government. Not being American myself, I don't have any hard feelings about Americans doing such a thing to themselves.

Here's a short video you might like to watch

I know it has happened before elsewhere, but it can't happen here?

I know that he's not exactly what you would call an "impeccable reference" but David Duke somehow answered your misgivings, if only obliquely:

Duke: "This war is a disaster for the United States, and I think that this has to put pause in some of the Zionist neo-cons about going into a new war. But the one wild card is that these neo-cons are crazy. They are insane people. They are Jewish fanatics, extremists, they are not normal people... The people who are pushing Jewish supremacism, Zionism - they are absolute evil and they are crazy. All they know is more power, and so there is a real danger, I should say, for Syria, and a danger for Iran at this point."

And the $60,000 question is, how big is the neocons' craziness???? And how closely is it related to the craziness of the Israeli warmongers themselves? Keep in mind, Len, that Israeli policymakers too are well alive to the internecine, conflicting dissensions within the US foreign policy establishment... Hence they know that blind support from the Bible Belt's Jesus freaks, church donations, and lip service by US congressmen anxious to be re-elected might all prove unreliable when push comes to shove. At that point, their "craziness", as David Duke puts it, may lead them to resort to a more radical course of persuasion --blackmail. Nuclear blackmail, that is. Israel's blackmail on the US is straightforward: if you Americans fail us Israelis, we'll set off a nuke in a major US city and, considering the US's (geo)political dynamics/interplay, US authorities will be drawn into a much messier and global war against Islam than the "self-contained" Iraqi regime change and Afghan mop-up....
