Why not install a democracy in Jordan,Saudi Arabia,Syria,Iran,Egypt,Emirates....why stop at Iraq?

That's the whole idea. Start with Iraq, install a stable democracy and through Iraqs influence hopefully the rest of the countries in the ME will be democratically influenced.
