Seriously, I think we should compile a list of events leading up to GREBB DAY. I will start with the following:

Subprime recast reset.
FDIC, OTS, OCC and Fed guidelines for underwriting.
3-1 ARMs recast.
Normal ARMs adjustments.
ABS markets tapped out.
GSE regulations.
Consumer credit cost increasing.
FED borrowing putting more pressure on rates.
Default and delinquency news.

I am looking for a high cost miner than is marginable. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd buy SA, but I already have enough of it.
