I'm not in the contractor business but it doesn't take a contractor to see what's going on. What would you friend pay if he couldn't get Mexicans. As far as trying for others, would he hire black guys if they could do the job? I see a problem with the Black community here in what seems to be a lack of ambition, but I also see racism....
