Don't use the White House political spin ... ROFLOL, if you did accounting that way in a Public company, you'd spend time in Club Fed (pack a toothbrush!). There are over 150 trust funds that the US pays interest on ... like the military retirement fund. The White House claims that interest doesn't count until it is paid to the military retirees! WRONG. That is BS accounting. My numbers are not only correct, but they are the correct way to look at the interest. Interest: publicdebt.treas.gov
