Also, let's not forget that that law barring such contributions is nothing more than a technicality itself. The date it went into effect, what constitutes a contribution, what constitutes a business, and what administrative fees are - all technicalities.

Delay's crimes are huge and important, very damaging to the country. You cannot compare with Clinton. Having sex is legal, if case you rightwing phony moralists hadn't figured that out. Clinton hurt no one by what he did. Delay has sold out his country and corrupted our congress, the peoples' congress now for sale to lobbyists thanks to Delay. He should get life in prison.
