Almost certainly. AFAIK, all Geodes are fabbed out, including the K7 ones.

IIRC, AMD acquired the National Semi Fab in Portland Maine, where the Geodes were made. Don't know if they closed it or not. If Geodes are fabbed externally, then why would AMD give SemiIndia fab tech & Geode designs? Unless the fab tech is more in line with hand holding in general, rather than a specific process.

It is possible that AMD might up their stake in SemiIndia when the Fab nears operation, perhaps even acquiring controlling interest, in which case this might be FAB 37 (or whatever year it opens) for AMD.
