In San Diego where housing has double the last 7-8 years a lot of happy house owners have cashed based on Clintons tax break creating the largest bubble in recent years.

Seems to have topped out for this time though. A lot of "For Sale" signs up with nobody buying.

You have no statistics on that.


Why are you saying? There have been statistics on the people who have benefited from the one time savings on a gain. But I don't have to see statistics to know its true.

The fact is that you likely will never be able to do the same.

Why will I not be able to do the same?
