Here's the news: A/S 20 billion O/S 2,804,540,078 Restricted (shame that this little detail is keeping them off the TF list) Float ? We really can't know this because of the above problem. Look at this from the company website ( vswm.com ) OUTSTANDING SHARES AS OF 10/31/2005 Outstanding Shares 2,964,540,078 Affiliated Restricted 2,029,684,656 The Public Float 934,855,422 Why didn't they change the date? We know that's not true for that date. So, if the TA is partially gagged, how are we really supposed to know the float? We are so very close to having a very nice Christmas. If management will just take a few more steps. And if they are serious about the last PR why wouldn't they? The investors we really want to buy in here just won't do it until the TA is completely transparent...everyone just stop and think about it. When it comes to a non-reporting company the only way we have to protect our investment is to be able to see the entire share structure...that way we can see if things are getting out-of-hand. If I was New Screen TV, I would do this.... 1. TOTALLY Ungag the TA(This will turn you into a Transparent Flamingo and you will be added to the list...lots of free publicity) 2. Give us RT-L2 pinksheet quotes. Issue PR about VWKM being the perfect pinksheet investment because it has share structure transparency, market maker transparency(rt-l2 quotes), and one heck of a product. 3. Buyback and retire as many shares as possible. No need to advertise this because we will see it through the TA and the word will spread like wildfire. In closing, let me say that i am very happy with the way things are going. Even if they don't do numbers 1 and 2 at least they are on the right road to earning our trust...it just may take a bit more time. GodBless-NoDoubt cris
