ASs, The boom happened because of the influx of tech stocks that were being flooding the market by uncapitalized companies that were existing on the gains of the price of their stocks. When the market reached the limit of tech stocks, those that did not have enough capital to maintain their presence, the market took a dive. Clinton had, absolutely, nothing to do with the boom, and GWB had nothing to do with the deep valley the became evident in 2000 before he took office. You're a cross eyed, bitter, malcontent, that hates anything American, and you try to pour your puss onto others.

"projected surpluses as far as the eye could see." ROTFL government projections are always wrong they are predicated on the assumption that exactly the same thing will keep happening. You always neglect to mention that the cause of the surplus was the voluntary tax payment inspired by the Roth IRA. You are a transparent partisan. BTW - We saw that you had your business up for sale on eBay. What are you going to do next?
