Since you're an idiot I'll explain patiently one more time: Arnold is a POPULIST, not a Republican. Populists are turned to by morons like you (in either party) when the regular candidate is weak in principle (see: "Bob Dole".) But populists always FAIL, because they are morons supported by morons (like yourself.) The California Republican party has failed to absorb the emergent Hispanic middle class-which is their future. Thus when Davis collapsed under the weight of left wing Democrat incompetence, the Republicans could not produce a legitimate candidate for governor, and Arnold the Populist jammed himself into the vacuum. He has now FAILED (like idiots like Ventura before him), but it's hardly appropriate to refer to a "Republican revolt" against him. It's really the inevitable revolt of typical bovine-eyed populist fans whenever it is proven-once again-that you can't take the politics out of politics...
