WalMart isn't alone. Other corporations do it, insurance companies do it - it's as American as apple pie these days to dump the unhealthy.

The fact that the very concept of insurance is to cover losses through the much larger pool of net payers seems to have been lost. Now, the insurers seek no losses and ALL payers.
