The second release has some meat on the bone
New Research and Development Laboratory in TennesseeGreenShift Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GSHF) announced its execution of agreements today to acquire a 30% stake in BioEnergy Engineering, LLC ("BioEnergy"), an innovative biofuels engineering and design firm based in Tennessee.

Under the terms of the agreement, GreenShift will provide BioEnergy with certain financing and strategic support services while GreenShift's Mean Green BioFuels portfolio company ("Mean Green") will receive exclusive rights to BioEnergy's various biofuels technologies and a three-year operating lease for BioEnergy's proprietary new pilot-scale biodiesel production process. The new BioEnergy facility is expected to generate more than $1.5 million in annualized revenue for Mean Green with pre-tax margins in excess of 30% commencing in January 2006.

The GreenShift investment will close in conjunction with the formation by BioEnergy and Mean Green of "Mean Green Biodiesel of Tennessee, Inc.", who will build, own and operate Mean Green's planned new 30 million gallon per year biodiesel production facility in western Tennessee.

The new Tennessee facility will be one of five such facilities ranging in capacity from 20 to 60 million gallons per year that Mean Green intends to build, own and operate commencing in 2006 and 2007.

Possible swing trader===CVV
recovering from tax selling. very low P/E and only 1.5 mill float out of total 3.1 mil out. Low volume trade so have to ease in or out. very volatile and subject to wide swings in per quarter earnings.
now below 3.00 with trailing .0.34 earning per share!

GSHF - is as real as any of the microcaps we follow. Any of them could be bs ing to some extent. GSHF releases a ton of PR's because of the nature of the business they are developing, in essence, a group of small businesses under 1 green BDC environment. Plus it gives a chance to bring awareness. That's why any microcaps releases PR's, in penny land it's called pump, in dime to quarter land, it's called spreading awareness <ggg>

.14 right now - looks like a possible ride back up as it has done a couple of times since I started following it.

Edit - some buying at the close - decent sized .15.
