Boeing definitely has them on their defense related contracts, and so do many of the subs to Boeing...

It would be interesting to know if the big old companies do have these auditors....There's bad and good with having them....The bad is part of the huge costs for the product that is being produced, is the cost of the auditors....and the good would be it would keep the shareholders better protected...

As far as Enron is concerned....I don't know about 'under the table' as we weren't stockholders....BUT I do know that the people who peopled the top definitely were younger, and were definitely a part of the "go-go, anything goes,1990's"! They were all so arrogant, and probably convinced themselves that they would never get caught!
