The President does not have total authority to correct the evil and excesses spawned from the party of mr. bill the rapist or kerry and kennedy liars and cheats. The President never tells lies. mr. bill the rapist, kerry and kennedy are rarely caught telling the truth.

The President didn't project a surplus, nor did John Kerry. There are budget offices of those two branches of government. I don't recall what either projected.
