Here in WI I'm getting up to 5 below 0 weather which is unseasonable for early Dec. I'm thankful as hell for global warming because I shudder to think how cold it would be without it.

insufficient to forego the coming ice age which can come in very quickly with lethal results

This is why global warming study has ceased being science and has become faith. It is not falsifiable. No matter what happens - warming, cooling, whatever - it is cited as proof of global warming. There are no conditions which its proponents would accept as disproving the theory. It's pseudo-science.

I just watched a video explaining the great Ice Age Floods from Glacial Lake Missoula. One man held a theory that a great flood carved Grand Coulee, the Washington Scablands, the Columbia Gorge, and other features of the landscape in the North West. He was scoffed at for 40 years, but when we started getting satellite imagery his theories became obvious.

I don't know about how fast the coming ice age will come. The last one took several thousand years and repeated itself several times.

If it comes, there isn't much man can do about it.
