You see different opinions. It is going to be hard for DeLay's lawyers to argue it didn't happen. He clearly gave the RNC sums of money that he had gotten from corporate contributers and the RNC turned around and gave exactly the same sums to candidates in Texas when it would have been illegal for DeLay's group to give the money directly. Those are the facts, it is hard to get around them.
