I loved Eisenhower's exit speech, in which he warned about the looming power and danger to America of what he called the "military-industrial complex". It's morphed into the "military-industrial-government complex" and runs the show now. truthandpolitics.org truthandpolitics.org It's now a self perpetuating beast, and neither party will confront it, as it owns them all. It will probably only end when they've bankrupted us. They LOVE that the terrorists struck us - they can fill in for the missing "commies" for the necessary fearmongering.
