You may be correct, or maybe Bob Schieffers knew exactly what he was doing. But the reality of the stupidity of kerry cannot be hidden and he is outed.

I don't know if Republicans have a viable candidate to run against kerry in 2006, but one could build a campaign around the rush analysis. This is real, this is current and this is today and links the past, kerry's Vietnam to the present. It makes legitimate questioning of kerry on his Vietnam past. It's negative and negative and of course negative.

The words 'terrorist' and 'terrorize', in popular discourse, have become meaningless jargon; being used much too frequently to paint all sorts of scenarios, mostly for partisan benefit.

A 'Terrorist' is someone who causes harm or threatens to cause harm to an innocent, as a strategy to indirectly hurt their enemy. At least that is what it meant a few years ago.

The fact that someone becomes frightened, does not necessarily qualify as an act of terrorism.

Yep.

A real interviewer would have asked him about the word "terrorize". Unfortunately, the Bob Schieffers of the world are too busy bootlicking to actually pick up on how absurd he sounds.
