True. Coming out of St. Paul's, which has a very selective admissions process, I bet Kerry had one of the lowest SAT scores of his HS graduating class. 1150 is just not good.

I took my SATs a long time ago. All I remember is scoring in a respectable percentile. What's a good score?

in ivy league admission, they usually fix the class size then saving 40% of the class population for alumni descendants. Usually they are all admitted on early decision and get the admission letter before Xmass. The top 1% of high school grads with perfect score of 1495-1500 in 1985 had a great chance of getting admitted BUT their chance also based on the geography of their hometowns, in other word there were no more than two or three from the same state of New york for example. They wanted a mixed pot of students from all over the country. In case of the bandaid war wound liar kerryboy, he was admitted based on his middle name flipflopforbes !!!!!!!! and was among those allocated 40%.
