Yes, indeed. Some years back my employer was experimenting with contractor self-inspection (which sounds like a real set up all by itself, does it not?). I was asked if I thought we should print inspection forms in Spanish.

My answer: "Not only NO, but HELL NO!"

And I'm a guy who really enjoys rapping with the Hispanics on the contracts I supervised.

We already have ATMS and telephone menus that slow you down to ask whether you want to do business in English or Spanish. What if I'm Russian, or if I speak Farsi? How many menus do we have to have?

My solution to all this is: MAKE ENGLISH SPEAKING KIDS LEARN SPANISH (OR ANOTHER FOREIGN LANGUAGE) BUT REQUIRE ALL BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL COMMUNICATION TO BE IN ENGLISH. It's so simple, I can't understand the revisionists who want to go multilingual on public documents like money.
