APOLLO PUBLICATION CORPORATION STOP ORDER

A "stop order," suspending the effectiveness of the registration
statement of Apollo Publication Corporation (Apollo), has been issued
after a hearing before an administrative law judge. The registration
statement would have allowed Apollo, an Ontario, Canada, corporation,
to sell its stock in the United States. The stop order was issued
because the registration statement did not contain essential
information. For example, it completely lacked required financial
information. Additionally, its list of officers and directors was
inherently incredible; Paul Martin, George W. Bush, and numerous other
current and former leaders of Canada, the United States, and other
countries were listed as officers and directors. The stop order makes
it illegal for anyone to sell Apollo stock in the United States using,
directly or indirectly, the mails or any other means of interstate
transportation or communication. (Initial Decision No. 302; File
No. 3-12035)
