Norquist despises taxes so his solution to pay down debt is to cut spending. That's how he gets to his rightwing fascist nirvana of a teeny, weeny, powerless government. This is also known as ARISTOCRACY. When the government is weak and all the money flows into the hands of a few, it's aristocracy. Grover doesn't like the Republic or democracy, he's going for aristocracy as long he's one of the aristocrats. It's a political ideology based on personal greed. I'm pretty sure that deep down in their tiny little hearts, the rightwing Norquists of the world are dreaming of bestowing titles like Lord and Baron and such on themselves. It's juvenile, it's mean spirited, it's pathetic and it's running this government.
