"Rumsfeld interjected, "But I don't think you mean they have an obligation to physically stop it. It's to report it."" Rumsfeld is a putz. How can he hold the position he does and have not the slightest clue or insight into the military? How can Rumsfeld stand up in front of national tv and tell the American public that the number of dead and wounded Americans, and the intensity levels of the insurgency are not metrics of this war, and therefore are not an indication that the war is going badly? These people have had their way with us for way too long. ted
