I saw part of Murta's rebuff, but he doesnt mention for instance the terrorists activities such as the oil pipelines when he says production below prewar levels. I know for a fact that at times it has been equal to or above, then a pipeline gets blown up and it falls. Bush said we are changing our tactics to small local activities from broad sweeping ones, probably that is one of the reasons. My feeling is once the Final Govt is elected, the security forces are up to snuff (I dont think anything less then 500,000 thousand is adequate) then is the time to do the big stuff. jdn
