"The Feds murdered a man suffering from mental illness:" Yeah, you are right. But they didn't have any choice, assuming the reports are correct. He claimed to have a bomb. OTOH, there was one passenger that claimed a contrary condition. Yes, given time and space their decision should have been different. They didn't have that. The marshalls didn't have the leeway to do different than they did. Now, let us address the issue of the sky marshalls having their funding cut before this issue came about.
