Rizzo had a great Police Department. Rizzo invented a great system, better than polygraphs. It didn't involve coercement or physical pain. Simply very clever. I will discuss it one day. Frankly I find it distasteful to use his name in comparison with Sandy Berger in any way.

Those hand written notes most likely were evidence that the NSA and Clinton were well aware of the threat that Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden posed before 9/11 and that they took no action at all to do anything about it.

So why was he making copies and taking them out instead of destroying the originals that were stored in the archives?
