Neal -

Here's an interesting bit of news. A few years ago it was impossible to buy an Apple computer in Cozumel. Now, there is a computer store that carries them. I went in to get prices on iMacs for my friend's real estate office. Unsurprisingly, prices are higher than in the U.S., but not horrifically so.

I asked the guy if he is selling any Macs. He said he had only been carrying them a short time, but that he had sold a few, and that he currently had three on order for customers. They carry no inventory. It takes five days to get one.

I am currently sitting in a little Internet Cafe, where there is a Macintosh at the front desk.

I also saw a local kid carrying a Nano yesterday.
