LOL, some talking heads in some News Paper throw numbers with some words where the meanings and defintions and the numbers are totally anonymous.

But if the US government puts out data, it's false and fraudulent.

It the ways and means you attempt to make a rational points that are wrong here.

Good people doing good things, what is the value of that. Are all your friends and the soldiers liars, cheats and thieves. Or will the do the best they can and expend resources in the best way they can.

Who has the agenda for failure as a positive.

Yes there will be waste and there will be theft. I hope it's not your friends. I hope it very small.

I see the glass as mostly full. What do see? What do you want to see?

Did you ever consider that they wanted to get away from you or have simply broken ties because you bore them?

Antoher consideration is that some thogs they were trying to help kidnapped them.

Antoher is that they faked their deaths and are now living with cute girlfriends instead of their wives.

I know of several work colleagues who have gone to Iraq. Brave people to would only want to help, I have not heard from them since though.
