You're a little confused. That was Hastert's bill that went down in such a defeat. Without DeLay Hastert is going to be sitting on a back bench soon, (A very large back bench).

Duncan Hunter got shot down 403-3 you mean, and now can consider his congressional career over for a such a show of disrespect for congress. Hunter is just like Duke Cunningham. He's been taking millions from defense contractors. Time to throw that corrupt bum out.
