IT is a requirement for me and i would have to vote for Hillary in any Hillary/Condi race. As to holding public office or government service - both are short on that. clinton - one term senator, rice - NSA and SoS plus what she did under Bush Sr. during the German reunification. I wouldn't want any "shrieker" for president - clinton. But, I will take a concert pianist and a cookie baker - rice. :-) Hopefully, you aren't giving her credit for her prior co-presidency experience.
