Terri Schiavo died for a good cause, though she was not conscious of it, that being exposing rightwing liars and hypocrites who might otherwise gain the power to dictate what we do in our bedrooms and hospital rooms. Something like 85% of Americans were against what the rightwing did to pander for religious votes around the Schiavo deathbed. That fiasco alone will cost the rightwing 20-30 congressional and senate seats in 2006. Anyone who lied about Terri Schiavo last year (and the autopsy proved the rightwing liars) will probably be voted out of office. It also knocked the religious right down about three notches on the totem pole. They are badly discredited now.
