Let's just formalize it for once and for all: -- JUST AS on this thread the dreaded -uck word is spelled "guck" -- Ann = Andy and any discussion about Andy must be based on the understanding that he is a raving lunatic with the full compassion that ought to be shown for such deranged persons. Andy should even be allowed the cross-dressing --we have tolerance for every mode of sexuality do we not? Same story about Andy liking men. The fact that some hetero-type men get turned on by a "talking walking stick" should also be viewed with compassion, mixed with bewilderment. They should be able to get some help, somewhere. PT Barnum knew that people were fascinated by "freaks" and part of his shows had a good assortment thereof. Nowadays the Major Mass Media EMPLOY such people as pundits. The fact that attention is drawn to the other than the ordinary,strange, weird, freakish is well known. Andy is part of that Industry. It sells its audience on a cost per thousand viewers. Without that, Andy would be languishing in some State Mental Hospital somewhere, heavily medicated. Namaste! Jim
