Now this is freaky. I drove by the holocaust museum (bank near there) on the same day as the Dali museum.

The room with the Masterwork paintings was most memorable at the Dali Museum. High on the list was seeing his early work, esp. his master representational work which established his credentials as a painter and allowed him to branch out and explore because he'd then be taken seriously -- interesting concept I thought, and illuminating. Didn't make it to the holocaust museum that trip but will another.
