Kissinger said the global threat of terrorism and nuclear attack requires new international partnerships that anticipate the dangers and take preventive action to secure world order. The United States, China, Asian and Arab countries must understand they can only further their individual interests by securing stability for the whole, he said.

I hope Iran was listening to the whole speech.....
