Bizarre: Woman Allegedly Hires Hit Man for Cheese

[ She was an 18-years old kid - how do kids get so violent? ]

MEMPHIS, Tenn

Four men were going to lose their lives over some cheese," said Lt. Jeff Clark, who heads Project Safe Neighborhoods.

According to police, Booth was in the Memphis home of the four intended victims last week when she mistook a block of queso fresco cheese for cocaine — inspiring the idea to hire someone to break into the home, take the drugs, and kill the men.

"told him I don't buy into stories from unfamiliar sites like rawstory.com. "

I've found rawstory to be very reliable. Most of their stories have links to the attributable news organizations. Those they originate themselves are usually confimed in the NYT or other "reputable" sources later. The only time I've seen they were obviously mislead, they had a prominent page one retraction the next day.
