Actually i wasnt clear on my post. The kerry i heard on imus was quite impressive. You know what i notice is that he was not insulting to the president which goes along way with me. Remember when Gephard called bush a miserable failure? I found that so offensive maybe because i am old. The office of the president deserves respect so what gephardt could have said is that the policys of the president have been miserable failures. Kerry got personal in the campaign and it just turned me off. Today he didnt take the low road and he was quite good. I guess the incumbant has some advantage in playing dirty. mike
